Sadly one bad review off a lady that bought a brand new pair of trainers, took all tags off and wore them for 5 days , then said they hurt her feet and wanted a refund. I'm more than happy to refund anyone. But please don't take the tags off if your wanting a return!
All trainers are brand new unless stated. It really upset myself tbh. Especially leaving a one star review after 5 days of wearing them and not even contacting myself about the issue.
