🔹 Item Condition
I use a clear and honest grading system for all CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and vinyl:
• New with price tag – Factory sealed, brand new, and still has the original store sticker.
• New without price tag – Often still sealed, or opened but clearly never used. No signs of handling or wear.
• Very good – Like new. No scratches or visible flaws.
• Good – Gently used but fully functional. May have light surface marks that do not affect playback. Any visible marks are always mentioned in the description.
• Heavily used – I no longer list items in this condition. If it’s too scratched, I won’t sell it.
🔹 Searching for items
I always include the main actors and sometimes the director in the description to make searching easier.
The languages (spoken and subtitles) are always listed in the title.
To find my listings easily, just type the movie title + Tongeren in the Vinted search bar — chances are you’ll land directly on my page.
🔹 Reservations
I do not accept reservations due to past bad experiences.
🔹 Shipping and Packaging
• I package everything carefully to make sure your items arrive safely.
• If you have special requests (extra protection, insurance, etc.), please let me know before purchasing — extra charges may apply.
• I always try to ship as quickly as possible. For small orders under €2, shipping might take a bit longer as I wait to group shipments, but always within Vinted’s allowed timeframe.
• Once shipped, I am no longer responsible for any damage caused during transport. In case of issues, I recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
